Meet Patty Bean

Hi, my name is Patty Bean. I am here to help you live your best life.  
 
After a 31-year career as a postmaster, I began my life's calling as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Coach. I'm a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and a Master Certified Wayfinder Life Coach.  I am also a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, a 200-hour Certified Holden QiGong Instructor, and a eRYT-200 Yoga teacher.

I am here to help you redefine what's possible.

Together, we create clarity, empowerment, and deep satisfaction, so that you can live an authentic, fulfilled life steeped in meaning and purpose.
