Testimonials

I started Qigong in 2016 upon retiring from my full time job. I’m not an exerciser by myself. Joining Patty's classes gave me a schedule, accountability and exercise! I did not realize my range of motion and stamina was so out of shape. QiGong is not excruciating so it is for all ages. With the gentle movements you become more agile, gain strength and flexibility. I encourage all to give it a try.  KEEP WITH IT because in time you will see the benefits.

Knuckles to neck then shoulders, hips, knees and feet, QiGong with Patty moves and lubricates every joint. Aches and stiffness disappear with the gentle practice. We strengthen muscles, tighten the core and improve balance, and the movements are entertaining and interesting to perform so I seldom miss a practice.

I have been doing QiGong for 6 years and I can sure tell a difference when I miss class. It helps loosen me up and center or focus on the present.

have always embraced routine exercise.  As I have aged, the high impact workouts became harder on my joints.  When I start QiGong, there were immediate results in muscle tone and coordination.  A bonus is the motivation provided by our instructor plus the accountability factor with other participants.  It has been so easy to stay with the practices and every day starts with 'is this a QiGong day?' I hate to miss and you won't regret getting started! It's a perfect addition to long walks and bike rides for overall fitness.

I am 80 years old and have been enjoying QiGong with Patty for over 6 years. The gentle movements have contributed greatly to keeping my joints loose and flexible while building strength. You are always standing - never have to get up and down off the floor. It is adaptable for individual needs. I highly recommend QiGong for anyone.

NH

Qigong engages my imagination. We move like a “rhinoceros gazing at the moon” in one moment and a “monkey offering fruit” in the next. It’s truly a body/mind/spirit practice.

CF

I have been doing Patty’s Qigong class for the last 9+ years. QiGong combines stretching, balance and breathing in a way that makes my body feel good.
