You don't have to go to the gym to get your body in motion. Now you can combine yoga, Qigong and other body-mind techniques in my monthly classes. It's also a great way to release stress and de-stress from a busy day.
I started Qigong in 2016 upon retiring from my full time job. I’m not an exerciser by myself. Joining Patty's classes gave me a schedule, accountability and exercise! I did not realize my range of motion and stamina was so out of shape. QiGong is not excruciating so it is for all ages. With the gentle movements you become more agile, gain strength and flexibility. I encourage all to give it a try. KEEP WITH IT because in time you will see the benefits.
