About Patty Bean

Hi, I’m Patty Bean, founder of the Mindful Movement & Meditation Community. With over a decade of experience, I’m dedicated to helping women live their best lives through mindful movement, meditation, and holistic healing. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified QiGong Instructor, and a Master Certified Life Coach, with certifications in Functional Medicine Health Coaching, Yoga, and Meditation.
