Restore: Recharge, Renew, Reconnect - Return to Self

The Invitation

Restore 5R: A Return to Self is a nine-month professional membership and retreat experience for coaches, massage therapists, and mental health professionals who dedicate their lives to caring for others. This program offers a space to pause, reconnect, and rediscover the calm, compassionate center that called you to this work in the first place. Through monthly live gatherings, self-paced study, and community connection, Restore helps you replenish what you give so freely — your presence, energy, and heart.

As you deepen into IFS practice, you’ll discover that healing doesn’t mean changing who you are; it means embracing every part of yourself with compassion and letting your Self lead the way. From that place, your capacity to support others expands naturally. Restore 5R invites you to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover the balance between giving and receiving — so you can continue your work in the world with presence, purpose, and peace.

A Transformational Journey Begins January 27, 2026

You’ve spent years showing up for everyone else — now it’s time to restore you.
The 5R Restore Program is a nine-month journey designed to help you release old patterns, restore balance, and reconnect with your authentic Self. Through somatic awareness, reflective coaching, and supportive community, you’ll experience deep transformation from the inside out.

This isn’t just another course — it’s an invitation to return home to yourself.

 

Program Schedule

  • Dates: January 27 – September 22, 2026

  • Meetings: Every 4th Tuesday of the month, on Zoom

  • Time: 6:00–7:00 PM Central (with the option to extend to 7:15 PM when discussions deepen)

  • International participants: time will shift slightly during U.S. Daylight Saving Time in March 2026.

  • All nine sessions are recorded and available through December 31, 2026, so you can revisit the material.

  • Participants will be required to purchase three IFS workbooks to accompany their learning journey.

 

Optional Retreat: A Deeper Dive

  • At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to join an optional in-person and online retreat (not included in tuition).

  • This restorative gathering focuses on Somatic IFS — learning how your inner parts are expressed and felt in the body — offering profound integration for body, mind, spirit, and Self.

 

Course Access

  • Intro Module: Available January 1, 2026

  • Full Course Access: Opens 48 hours before the first live session

  • You’ll have everything you need to feel supported, connected, and ready to grow.

  • Since course materials are available to you at the beginning of the program, we’re unable to offer refunds after enrollment. We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to your own growth

 

Continuing Education (Optional)

  • Health Coaches may submit hours for CE approval (e.g., via petition with NBHWC).  Coaches credentialed with ICF will consult with their credentialing body.  

  • A detailed syllabus aligned with coaching standards will be provided, though approval from your credentialing body is not guaranteed.

  • LIMHP, you will be responsible for determining if this qualifies for your CEs.

  • LMTs, the in-person, hands-on work at our retreat may count toward your CEs, depending on your state's requirements. 

  • While CEs may be a bonus, the true gift of 5R Restore lies in transformation — awakening your inner wisdom, clarity, and self-trust.
