Schedule a discovery session to find out about coaching and decide if it is right for you.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance, so your appointment slot can be filled from my wait list. You will be charged for your missed session if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance. The exception to this is illness. If you are ill, the cancellation fee is waived. Please cancel if you have any cold, flu, or respiratory symptoms!
