Service Description
Choose between the following sauna programs: Relaxation, Pain Relief, Detox, Cardiovascular, Weight-Loss, and Anti-Aging programs. Contraindications for Sauna (sauna not allowed without written medical approval): pregnancy, adverse reaction to heat, taking prescriptions drugs which make sauna unwise, cardiovascular conditions, unstable angina, past heart attack, severe arterial disease, diabetes with neuropathy, Parkinson's, MS, Lupus, recent joint injury, medical implants, difficulty sweating, and/or under 16 years of age.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance, so your appointment slot can be filled from my wait list. You will be charged for your missed session if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance. The exception to this is illness. If you are ill, the cancellation fee is waived. Please cancel if you have any cold, flu, or respiratory symptoms!
